I love the book Fall is Here: Counting 1 to 10 by Pamela Jane and Steve Haskamp. I made a set of fall manipulatives with salt dough and tiny fall cookie cutters (look for them in the Wilton cake decorating area in craft stores and at Walmart. I use them with counting mats and for patterning.
